The result of meticulous and passionate work, our musical range highlights the character of our wines, sometimes light and cheerful, sometimes more profound and enigmatic.
We designed it as nature sees the days succeed one another. Piccolo, the youngest, a joyful morning friend, sings his melody on extravagant notes. Saxo joins him in a more structured way, with the experience of the elder who does not take himself seriously. They mix their playful sounds until the end of the day. Then comes the secret song which seems to invite us to a twilight serenade, something more substantial, deeply anchored, ends with the romantic walk in the moonlight of our Armance vintage, the eldest of our vintages, from of our old vines.
These four wines inspired by captivating melodies and timeless literary stories are an ode to the harmony and mystery of biodynamics.
Piccolo
The youngest of the Mangons, he is lively and spontaneous! It finds its place in the musical range of our wines where it stands out for its genuine and cheeky character.
Characteristics
A true pleasure wine, Piccolo is a fruity nectar. Coming from the estate’s youngest vines and aged in vats, it discreetly departs from the archetype of Bordeaux wines to offer more immediate freshness. It can therefore be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a meal pairing.
Blending of Merlot (60%), Cabernet franc (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). Aged in vats for 14 months.
Saxo
The cuvée of friendship, Saxo evokes chic and relaxed summer musical evenings with friends accompanied by a glass of good Bordeaux. Aged only in stainless steel and cement vats, this wine is fruity and powerful with a beautiful structure.

Chant secret
“CHANT SECRET”, (secret singing) mysterious name of a cuvée made mainly from grapes from the Champ secret (secret field) plot. Archetype of the finesse of Bordeaux and of its elegance, its right musical tone is not unrelated to the regulating influence of biodynamics.
Made from a blend of three traditional Bordeaux grape varieties (Merlot 50% cabernet franc 25% cabernet sauvignon 25%), half of the wine is put into Bordeaux barrels at the end of fermentation while the other half is aged in vats on fine lees before final assembly a few months before bottling. This gives this cuvée a balanced profile with soft and melted tannins.

Armance
The sound of the first name of this Stendhal heroine is crystal clear. It evokes an ancient but noble character to which it associates softness, elegance and restraint. We dream of a romantic walk on a lake…
Characteristics
In white, our Armance cuvée reveals all the varietal aromas of Sauvignon with a sustained citrus mouthfeel and deep minerality. Aged in vats on fine lees for three months, this wine seems to play with our taste buds between salinity and acidity which fuse with a very sweet bitterness on the finish which settles the flavors.
This confidential cuvée of 650 bottles is made from pure Cabernet-Sauvignon juice which has undergone two fermentations directly in barrels. Its aging in a gently heated hydroceramic barrel gives it subtle aromas which adorn a mouth with complex and flattering aromas.
An exception in the world of rosés, legend says that it would have seduced resistance fighters of the genre, it is without a doubt one of the house’s favorites.
