“L’Atypique”, or “The atypical” is one of the emblematic vintages of our new adventure, bringing high the meeting of Champagne know-how with that of the Bordeaux region.
This original cuvée with a beautiful salmon pink color is made from the main grape variety of the Bordeaux region, Merlot, according to the ancestral Champagne method.
Aged in Champagne barrels in our Bordeaux cellar, its color is highlighted by a fine and generous effervescence.
On the nose, it presents a bouquet of red fruits and citrus fruits accompanied by subtle floral and spicy notes. The mouth is faithful to the nose with a well-balanced acidity, we feel a firm and persistent finish.
